Donald M. Bell, Sr. is the senior pastor/teacher of Covenant Blessing Fellowship, (CBF). Launched in March 2001 with Adult Bible Study, God allowed for CBF's expansion into Sunday worship services in May of the same year.
Pastor Bell, who is also an author, resides in Southern California. He is married and has three children.
Currently Jay serves as an Assistant Pastor at Covenant Blessing Fellowship. He has a heart for the things of God (His Word, His Will and His Way) and wants to pass this infectious desire on to the entire Body of Christ worldwide and even more so to his CBF family. He believes that the weight of Christ’s great commission (Mat. 28:18-20), which is the making of disciples and spreading the Good News, rest squarely upon the shoulders of local church. As such, Pastor Jay remains steadfast to his commitment of equipping the saints in preparation of this great and wonderful work.

Alton and Keesha joined the Covenant Blessing Family in 2005. They along with their five daughters have been active members throughout their time at Covenant. Covenant Blessing Fellowship consecrated (set apart for service) Alton & Keesha as Elders on January 28, 2018. The Griffins are the first couple to jointly serve as Elders at CBF.
Elder Fern Johnson is a self-described disciple/servant of the Most High God, born again in 1961. “I’ve been walking with commitment and seeking God diligently since 1981 despite my many ups and downs, testing and trials, failures and successes.”
Elder Johnson has been with Covenant Blessing Fellowship since Sunday morning worship services began in May 2001. “God has graced me to serve with the Covenant Mothers, to teach/facilitate various CBF ministry and small group Bible studies, and to be ordained as a CBF Elder in January 2018. I’m so very grateful to God for allowing me to be in His service.
I’m a mother and grandmother and have a group of great spiritual children and grandchildren. CBF has been a great spiritual family and support network for me. What keeps my spirit and soul grounded and at peace is knowing God through Christ Jesus and knowing that He is FAITHFUL. I am thankful that He has given me everything I need that pertains to life and godliness in Him. I am pressing…
My rock scripture is Hebrews 11:6 : But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.”
